With just 8 reformer beds and a full matwork and Infrared Hot Mat Pilates studio, each room is intentionally limited to preserve the quality of your experience. Expect boutique elegance, premium equipment, expert instructors and strong community connection, always.

NRG Kingston offers Reformer Pilates, Matwork Pilates, Hot Mat Pilates- gently heated in 32-34C, and Yoga classes. We have Reformer only memberships + Reformer AND Mat memberships + MatOnly membership options.

There is also a wellness zone, with an infrared sauna available for members and non-members to book into. To compliment your practice, designed for deep muscle care, relaxation and rejuvenation.
